Royalties
Royalties are one of the most reliable sources of cash flow for the Fund. We acquire royalty streams for content (music/film/books) and product catalogs. We focus on acquiring perpetual rights with the intent of holding the asset forever.
Private Credit
Private credit offers attractive yields for our portfolio. We reduce risk by extending credit to high quality borrowers with strong collateral or an underlying portfolio of receivables. In most cases, we are first in line to claim possession of assets.
